WHAT IS THERE FOR A PERSON WHO IS IN GENERAL CATEGORY BORN IN DELHI NO COMMUNITY STAMP ON HIS/HER CHILD  ....ANSWER WOULD BE BIG ZERO I FEEL AFTER GOING THROUGH GUIDELINES OF VARIOUS SCHOOLS.

SCORE ARE GIVEN FOR CHIRSTIAN COMMUNITY/TRANSFER CASES ETC. ETC.....BUT CAN ANYBODY ANSWER WHAT IS THERE FOR A PERSON WHO IS BORN IN DELHI, LIVING IN THE CITY FOR LAST 40-50 YEARS, STUDIED IN A SCHOOL FOR 14-15 YEARS STUDIED IN COLLEGE FOR 3-4 YRS AND NOW EVEN SOME SCHOOLS ARE NOT GIVING ANY CREDITS FOR ALUMNI WHAT IS EDUCATION SYSTEM FOR DELHI PEOPLE.

THIS TOO IS A CLEAR DISCRIMINATION I FEEL .....SCHOOLS ARE FULLY PACKED, COLLEGES ARE FULLY PACKED .....HARYANA GIVES CREDITS FOR DOMICILES/PREFERENCES TO HARYANA BORN ...A SCHOOL LIKE SARDAR PATEL GIVES CREDIT FOR GUJRATI SPEAKING PARENTS ETC...

I MUST SAY CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AS WELL AS GOVERNMENT OF DELHI IS STRAIGHT AWAY RESPONSIBLE FOR  SUCH A MESS IN THE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT IN DELHI.....

ONE MUST THINK ON THIS AS WELL.....

Time is now to give qouta to general category and put everybody in open category.

Only in this way we general people can get some preference.

Article 30(1) of the Constitution of India gives linguistic and  religious minorities a fundamental right to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice.

A Society or Trust consisting of members of a minority community,or even a single member of a minority community, may establish an institution.

The National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions Act (for short the ‘Act’) has been enacted to safeguard the educational rights of the minorities enshrined in Article 30(1) of the Constitution.
