Govt spending crores every year on Govt School

Hi, 

Govt is spending crores every year on Govt school and the person who actually pay tax and dont/cant send his/her children to govt school. 

Dont you think instead of making strict laws on pvt schools govt should more concentrate on improving standard of govt schools.
