The guidelines are really not very clear.....they are vague and open ended. Schools will surely mould them and use them in their favor. The Govt, has justed passed on their responsbility to schools....and schools obviously are delighted. It shows failure of the govt. to frame a policy....first they took so long....and then they could not do justice to it within the timeframe. For parents, its like...Out of frying pan itnto a fire....!!
