Hope Sarvodaya Vidyalayas come under direct control under DOE.  If so I am really shocked to see that now DOE itself is violating RTE guidelines by screening the parents by asking Parent Occupation and Annual Income.

yes even have kept upper cut off limit .not mentioned in RTE
