For parents of kids of 4+ yr now ( who did not got admission last year) will not be affected with the age rule change as they would anyway majorily be applying for those schools where the entry level is KG originally/previously like the christain minority schools have. These parents otherwise also stand less chance in getting into KG ( due to few vacancies )the majority schools which have nursery ( 3+ age) presently.
Probably court should look for such thing well in advance.. and these rules should be applied to all states.. why it for Delhi only ?
yeah...correct...these rules should be applicable to whole nation....so that there might not be any confusion
If they cannot take decision now than how can we expect them to take it by 14th Dec we should me prepare for complications again for nursery admission 2012-13
@Sakshi/Sumit.... Please mention why HC has moved the date. Have not DOE submitted their reply on age criteria?
@manu, govt did not submit its reply today and wanted more time
what is this????? offfff.........what to do
this is just buying time so that just at the last minute the govt can say its too late to change things and let the age be what it was last year, i guess Mr, Arvinder singh lovely really knows how to get things done his way...... its simple ,,,, leave no time for change and hence stick to the old system as followed last year. I dont think there will be any change of any kind for the nursery admissions this year as well.
it is unfortunate and sad:-( that we are left to the mercy of an adjourned decision
its shameful!!!!!
i totally agree with u Sonia, our government does not care about us or our children. they just want to abstract more and more money from us......
The only thing I can add is that now also if the court goes with age as 4+ instead of 3+ by Dec 14th the parents will appreciate the same........"Der aaye par Durast aaye" Jab suraj nikale tab savera" !!!!
age criteria must be same for Delhi and NCR pleces like gurgaon.
now lots of people have to transfer to nearby areas for their job/service so age criteria should be same.
if possible it should be same all over INDIA.
in gurgaon mostly school consider 5.5year age for First Standard.
its really rediculous. why indian judicary takes so long time in taking decisions. really completely tubelight. thats why india is facing a lot of problem because future is not in safe hands
