hi , i am trying to fill the form for mount carmel , its asking preparatory or nursery for which admisiion is sought.?

my daughter wud 3 as on 31.03.2015.

so do i fill up form fr preparatory or nursery ...pls be specific.

they are also asking annual income details which is wrong as per govt rules....what say ?
