While filling online registration forms for nursery admission i realised that in Birth Certificate of my daughter , last name of my wife has been mentioned as verma but her offcial Id's bear the last name 'Chopra' as she has officially not changed her maiden name, all other details like child's name, my name, address etc. are correct....will this pose any issue and what's the remedy
