Hertiage is better. However, you need to check what is best as per u.. which would mean checking distance, new learning methodolgy by schools, playground, sports that are in house, facilities..

Puneet - are we forming a new govt, that u r asking people to vote.. people won't tell u what is best for u... Use ur own mind.. go check the schools n c wat u want for ur kid...
