i am also looking for same but haven't got any news.

The Delhi High Court on last Monday ordered private schools in Delhi to not allow nursery admissions till it gives a final verdict. but many schools still continue their admission process while others have stopped their admission process. How can these schools continue with the process if High Court has ordered to stop the same?

Delhi nursery admissions: Parents in a fix as HC stays verdict
Meenakshi Upreti CNN-IBN | 05-Feb 09:55 AM
New Delhi: Uncertainty continues over nursery admissions in Delhi. Parents who braved long queues are now caught in a fix after the High Court stayed the verdict on admissions.
"We are really confused, the parent community has no clue," said a parent Suresh Kumar. Suresh Kumar's son has been shortlisted in two of the 25 schools in which he applied. But he thinks it's too early to celebrate. "I had taken four days leave. I have taken admission in one school but still have no clue," he said.
Many parents who have already braved the long queues and applied to schools are now a worried lot. "If I take admission, then schools won't refund if the HC changes rules, if I don't I lose the seat," said a parent Deepali Goel.
Refund of admission fee seems to be a major concern as some reputed schools have said that there will be no refund, which is a clear violation of the Department of Education's guidelines. A parent Sumit Vohra said, "Schools seem to be taking advantage as one school says admission will be given to those who pay fee first."
Even though there is no stay on the admission, some schools have deferred the procedure while some others are going ahead with it. "I advise parents to book seats but ensure that they get it in writing that their fee will be refunded," Vohra said.
With some schools starting admissions and February 15 being the last date of displaying the list of candidates for the first list, time for anxious parents is ticking.
By when can v xpect the HC verdict?

It is expected anytime cannot predict but min 3-4 days more.
