Has DOE issued any order about Aadhaar card of child is not mandatory, since school are saying there is no notification from DOE

DOE has not issued any order but our founder Mr Sumit Vohra has sent official mail to Dir/Secy/Educaton Min  yesterday regarding same. Also given refence of SC order.
