Even this year the state petition seeking intervention from the Prime Minister and the HRD minister to set up a regulatory body for nursery admissions in NCR Some of the issues faced by the parents included no uniform policy regarding age criteria and fee refund in case of cancellation of admission. government failed to regulate the admission process despite petitions started by the parents for the same. On October 14, it is expected that the Supreme Court will pronounce the verdict on whether or not the nursery admission will fall under the RTE. If a decision is passed, it will applicable to schools across the country,”said  Sumit Vohra, founder, admissionsnursery.com
