How to ask for Fee return deposited in School

Dear Team,

Kindly let me know the legal process to be followed for Fee return deposited in School after 1st draw.I had deposited the fee in one school ,But now I have to move out of Delhi with my family due to family crises,So don't was admit my child in that school.

I had 1-2 meetings with school officials they asked me to write an application for same along with fee paid receipt  ,I did the same as advised by them but now they are not giving any response.

What are the legal option do I have now,

Report this directly to DOE / Register FIR with Local Police / Go to Consumer court?

Kindly guide me on this issue  provide valuable inputs,

I hope you have copy of Doe fee refund policy .. Just send them complaint ..or if you are in hurry ...visit Doe ..all detail under DOE tab on tool bar.

Just check their name on DOE website ,if they are recognised .they have to follow it .just see latest guidelines regarding refund in 2014.
