How to Report complaints about schools?

I want to check how should a parent complain regarding unethical practices done by schools? Is there any government portal where we can log complains? How to report such complaints to sumit Vohra?

You can send your complaints at helpdesk@admissionsnursery.com n it will be forwarded to Mr Vohra
