Worst order i have seen in long time. The land is given to these at peanuts price because they have to obey the conditions. Im sure sumpreme court witg overturn this decision.

When Delhi Goverment will appeal against this order, schools already started asking deposit arrears by 31st March.

Hc should be common man friendly instead of these business owners who are running the schools like profit making factory.  Very sadden verdict by hc.

Is there any update on whether Delhi Govt / DOE challenging High Court order on school fee hike. Some schools are not giving Final report card unless parents are depositing the arrears.

This is real pathetic situation for parents.
