Form Dates | Admission Criteria | Results | Fee Details | List of All Schools
Should we continue filling and submitting forms to schools OR should we wait for some clarity after the new order from Delhi Govt.
I think we should all send a mail to Deputy CM Manish Sisodia (msisodia.delhi@gov.in) and Director of education(
secyedu@nic.in, diredu@nic.in, add.dir.edu@gmail.com |
), requesting for 2 things -
1)Alumni points should also be removed since this is discriminatory against kids.
2)Draw of lots of schools should be under government supervision as after the Mgmt quota is scrapped schools may rig the draw of lots to plant their own candidates.
Its very valuable points. Draw of lots of schools should be under government supervision.
A good initiative. If schools implemented this.
Very good initiative made by the government. The only question arises about its implementation on ground with each school. Hopefully government will make this also. Let’s hope for a better.
Oh, very sad on AAP Govt. notification quashing quota system. This will invite court proceedings and the process will again pass through a tough fight between the School Lobby and the Govt like 2 years ago. Parents will be the most sufferer and the process may last till June-July 2016.
I am not happy with this decision of Mr. CM. It should have been declared before the commencement of process and not at this stage. Majority of the school have posted their criteria on their website and DoE as well. Then why the govt. didn't cross-examine this before 1 Jan 2016.
Therefore, I am against this decision.
I agree, it is going to create mess at the end and nothing much of benefit for the parents.
Should have decided on this much before the admission, these kind of criterion have not come for the first time, looking at criterion in the past, CM should have proactively taken the decision much before the admission process.
Just see this attachment quashing almost everything.

Will these school follow the latest order? Is this valid? Anyway all parents are the sufferer in this case if legal battle begins now.
All Legal professionals and advocates in this forum kindly share your opinion on latest DOE order and various Judgements by Hon'ble HC referred there. Latest being Hon'ble HC judgement on WPC 177/2014 and 202/2014 which is challenged in DB of Hon'ble HC.
As per the above Judgement The restrictions cannot be imposed by way of office orders and that too, without any authority of law.....
