I have applied in Don Bosco School, Alaknanda for my child's admission However, School authorities rejected my son's application on the ground that my home is 7KM away from the school and conveyed to me that they will give admission to students who lives within 3 KM radius of the school. To best of my knowledge Govt. of Delhi has not issued any rule which provides that schools can admit only those students who resides within 3 KM of the school.

If anyone can help me out, please let me know.
