IF YOUR KIDS HAS BEEN SELECTED IN DRAW, Lets meetup to protest against redraw
DOE Office is at VIDHAN SABHA. Let us all gather at DOE Office at 10 am tomorrow I.e. February 28, 2014 and ensure that the fate of our kid is not tested again. If the govt has withdrawn transfer case points, let them be filtered out from the list and the waitlist should up accordingly.

Guys...who is talking about redraw?? If your child is selected..either through neighborhood, girl child, or alumni quota..then your selection is confirmed. In fact, your applications will be eligible for all those schools again where draws have been taken out and your child's name did not get selected. Please dont create a nuisance by going to the Vidhansabha....first interpret the notification properly!!

Thanks Mitali.. infact people should understand that even if their name has not got selected..then too..they are back in the pool of eligible candidates for the seats that will be vacated because of removal of 5 points. This is a very sensible decision by the LG. In short- People selected do not get affected and those not yet selected get a second chance!

yes a very sensible thing done. the best possible solution. All confirmed selected candidates (other than transfer cases) are getting admission. further draw of lots are only for 70 pointers with the transfer cases who gets 70 points now as they were never in the earlier draw.

Re-draw of all 70 waitlisted n fresh and our own transferred cases only.whose school make draw of 70 points and childrens selected/confirmed their seats remain valid only.

Why everybody is crying foul? 70 pointers selected are in the draw should be assumed valid as per notification. They had secured seat in tougher competition and for less available seats . why the parents did not thought this before taking cunning route of fake papers? They have done injustice themselves to their kids.

Think so nidhi . Those genuine transfer cases also need one chance. Think about them they were confirmed and now they will be in draw of lots .......and on the other side others in the lots will be waitlisted candidates who was initially after these transfer cases and all those who didn't get selected and so they get another chance that too in all schools. All the best guys !

@ shweta jain.. why should the only transfer cases suffer and why should they get harmed and Delhi is no ones property we live in a free country where anyone can come and live where they want to why should they be excluded and why was the appeal done only now its a case of sour grapes and i think rest of us get together and challenge this decision some parents cannot be custodians for others

Not fair to exclude genuine transfer cases now rather need to weed out fake ews, transfer cases
