Incomplete information from Red Roses Public School Saket resulted in rejection of 890 children
Parents who had filed their ward's registration on the basis of information received from school staff that only online form is needed for registration and documents required only for seeing, are in a shock to see a list of 890 children rejected due to non submission of documents.
The question to be answered from school authorities is that when their staff only told that no documents needed to submitted and only online form is required, why their ward should be rejected? Even when the online form is submitted there was no option of uploading documents, which was subsequently added, whose responsibility was to inform/update the already struggling and worried parents?
List is attached for the corrective action required from school authorities.

Yes, I went there. But school staff said that documents are not required to be physically submitted in the school. I don't remember correctly but I think I have uploaded documents online also while filling the online form.

When I opened the website to see my filled form I found that the DOB and address document that I had attached online is not showing now. Since school has said that they do not require physical copy of documents if you attach them online, I did not submit them in school. Is someone else is facing this problem? That you have attached the document while filling online form but cannot see them now. Please reply.
