Inter State Transfer

Hi All,
Can anyone please provide me some more information on Inter-state transfer rule for nursery admission?
Also let me know what supporting documents are required for availing points under this rule.because i m doing work with delhi base company since 2004..in 2011 my transfer to punjab in co. Branch off and now in 2013 november transfer to deli again.now what docs are required in my case.plz any one help me i m very confused.
I have only a transfered order to punjab in 2011 and a letter to transfered again to delhi.is transfered oreder is enough or any thing else required plz tell me if any body now about in this matter.

Transfer Order and joining report stating date of transfer and date of joining.

As per the Directorate of Education order No. F.DE/1031/Act-1/Part-I/2013/20780-93 dated 31 Jan 2014; the Interstate transfer from 01 January 2013 to 31 December 2013 may be read as interstate transfer from 01 January 2013 to 05 February 2014 (i.e. till last date of receipt of application) will be considered under this category.
