         Currently, I am looking for my kid's admission into nursery class.

I got transferred to Delhi in January-2013. But, many schools are not considering the same. Instead they are considering from April-13 to Dec-13 dates as interstate transfer case. So, I am unable to understand the mathematics here such that every time parents who get transferred from Jan-Mar bracket would not get benefit for transfer case. Should this not be corrected?
