What is the criteria for interstate transfer points?

Transfer points are for those parents who have got transfered from any other state to Delhi in last 1 year due to transferable job. Transfer Letter from the company required to be submitted as proof.

thx for ur reply.i got transfer to delhi in aug 2012. Is there any possibility for getting transfer pts?
