Regarding interstate transfers to Nursery the additional 5 points need to be terminated. When we are talking about fresh admissions to Nursery equal opportunity to all should be exercised. If there is a child to be admitted to senior classes than Nursery or KG, which means already studying somewhere else then there can be some advantage given. 
The manner in which these points have been awarded now leaves the locals "NOWHERE" as most of the schools have so many applicants of 75 or above points that locals / neighborhood parents do not even stand a chance of getting their wards name in the draw.

Delhi-ites need to collectively take up this matter as the net result is " WHERE DOES MY CHILD STUDY?"

The existing system clearly means that people from NOIDA, GURGAON, FARIDABAD can have their kids studying in Delhi schools whereas locals cannot.
