Is birth certificate without child's name valid for admission?

Please confirm whether a blank birth certificate which currently doesn't contain child's name, will be a valid document for admission in nursery? Will school accept it? Plz suggest w.r.t DOE guidelines.. Thanks

Few schools ask for BC with child's name printed. So better include.

What if we submit application in MCD now for name inclusion and they keep original with them and provide after 21 days, then how will we submit our documents in schools in 23 rd jan as last day? Does school verify at the time of submission or during interview or what? Plz suggest this also.. Many thanks
