Is other state Birth Certificate accepted? 

My Daughter is born in Kanpur and I'm leaving in Delhi by birth.

1. I want to know that I would re-register in Delhi municipal or Kanpur municipal corporation certificate will work. please advice.

2. Should I ready my first Daughter birth affidavit with name and photocopy of birth certificate attested.
