Is Rent Agreement a valid address proof

Please suggest if Registered rent agreement is a valid address proof as a lot of online admission forms do not have rent agreement as an option.

Please advice.

Rent agreement is not a valid proof.

Proof of Residence –

I Ration Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child).

ii. Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents

iii. Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents

iv. Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.

v. Aadhaar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.

We are on a rented property and we live in Rajouri Garden however our address proofs are of Dwarka ? So should we write our permanent address or current address for our girls admission this is such a hassle (we don't have any ID proof's for current address ) please help

I have my passport issued with address of Central Delhi which is my permanent address. Due to proximity of office, I stay on rent in west Delhi.
Is it permissible to apply using my passport for central Delhi schools and use address proof of rental accommodation to apply for west Delhi schools.
