Issue in submitting DPS mathura road form

I am facing a problem while submitting the DPS mathura road form. When I try submitting the form, the screen shows a message saying "invalid capcha". when tried to refresh capcha, the page closes automatically, Is anyone facing this problem? how can we resolve it?
