its very unethical

please also highlight the wrong doing by parents side many parents i came across are submitting wrong address proof .

during form submitting i personally notices some parents who are originally from west or east Delhi giving fake address proof just to gain neighborhood points is there this totally unethical on there part .

is there any why this thing can stop.
