Junior school vs senior school-what are the guidelines -RDPS pitampura not clarifying

RUkmani Devi public school pitampura is saying that they will clarify on 28 if students who get in junior school will get directly in their senior school. I want to understand that do we need to go thru this entire nightmare all over again after 2 years. Are we making all this effort to make kids study for 2yrs and then struggle again. Need to know if there are any guidelines in this regard
