Nursery Admission Update : there is no need to be panic for students already studying in pre school class of the unaided public schools as the social jurist petition for de-attachment of pre school is from the session 2012-13 and the same is clearly mentioned in the petition. I belive it important to clearify about the application for the stay of the guideline issued by DOE on 16th december that we are not intersted for delay in process and application for stay is only upto the extent of pre school calss i.e. the admission for 3+ child. schools who are admitting 4+ is not the concern social jurist application. It is important to mention that it the concern of HC to decidie the issue on 21st of december 2011. The age issue was alredy decided by HC after filing affidavit from Department of Education where it mentioned that the cabinet has approved the Ganguly comitee recomendation and they need two years time for implimentation. The government was supposed to frame the guideline for pre school i.e. play school but it failed to do so and social jurist moved the HC through the present PIL

As some small time clone website(TO GET ATTENTION) are spreading rumours that Mr Khagesh along with Mr Agarawal have taken stay against whole guidelines .

THAT IS WHAT BEING CLARIFIED ABOVE AND ALL KIDS WOULD BE PROMOTED TO PREP ALSO.

Very right;y pointed out by Khagesh Ji - Lets not spread rumours - Theae people are working tirelessly for our benefit - They don't have their kids lined up for admission also.

Some of the private school leaders in Delhi are saying that there would not be any changes in the guidelines or age criteria for there schools and it would remain the same.
Right now my only concern is the age criteria i.e. would he be Nursery eligible as he is about to turn 3 or we have to wait for another year..
