KIND ATTN MR LOVELY /DOE -ARE PARENTS FOOL ,WE WANT EXPLANATION FROM Mr LOVELY / DOE IMMEDIATELY ,,WHAT DOES THIS AFFAIRDAVIT MEANS ??????

WE PAY TWICE WHY WERE WE NOT INFORMED BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF ADMISSION PROCESS

LOT OF PARENTS WOULD HAVE OPTED FOR PLAY SCHOOL ALSO SAVED LOTS OF MONEY AND HARRASEMENT

NURSERY AGE 3+| Admission in preschool will not automatically  grant eligiblity to continue in preprimary

pre-school classes will not be part of the main school, nor shall these be treated as (a) feeder school for the pre-pri mary classes of the school. Children in pre-school should be from the immediate neighbourhood. There should be no school bag for carrying any pre scribed books for all such preschool classes," the High Court had noted then, taking on record the government's stand.

Govt  mean that children admitted in nursery (age 3+) will have to be re-admitted in KG (age 4+) following the same admission process

we were kept in dark and made fool by Govt and schools

Do we have to go through the same grind again next year and wastage of lacs of money and resources

dont we have anyother work except nursery admissions

Vineeta, understandable! But look at it this way. What happens if your child (God forbid) does not make it this time? He goes to a Play School for another year, where they still impart similar education. You try next year again anyway - and this time, there would be more options open to you. Of course, there's a matter of sitting through an exam and facing an interview. But you've made a right start to begin with .. sleep easy! Best of luck
this point system is jus fake, most of the schools r callin for interaction n askin for gud amount as registration charges n it may vary frm 10,000 to 50,000. u pay it n reserve the seat for ur child. not givin much time to decide. n if u seek admission in another school dat money wont be refunded.  Can a service class afford that? n do we hav ny choice?

Monika ji everybody has to fight his or her own battle it is battle of all parents we all have to fight TOGATHER FOR SAKE OUR 3 YEAR OLD. MR.SUMIT CAN NOT ALONE WIN THIS WAR AGAINST THIS SHAMLESS GOVT.

yes Vikram i agree with you....I am there with Sumit Sir...i tried to call on FM as well to talk to him but unable to connect to him...in case he need my help I will be there...but pls we cann't tolerate this govt rule...they keep on

doing their manmani....

yes let us make it a major isuue on media.................

Dear Mr. Lovely,

Since schools are taking heavy amount for admission to nursey (pre-School) but admission to our wards are not guaranteed as per Delhi high Court order.  We are paying thick donation to school for admission this year and will have to give next year also..... situation was better without your intervention... pls dont add more confusion to it... pls stay awary from this ..

Education System has been made a BIG JOKE in the Indian Scenario, there is no fixed defined processes, no trasperency.

the Golden rule which works for India will be: -

Admission Criteria:-

a) Points for Parents Total Money Bank 25

b) Points for Specific Qouta/Approach 20

c) Points for Donation amount (sweetly called as Development Charges) 25

d) Points for Harassment/Trouble undertaken by the Parents.30

Why do not the govt pass the above point system, when actually this is what is been followed in reality.

Dear Rohit,

You are so right. If we are transparent to admit this practice, life can be easier. I sincerely hope a clear guideline

from government (before 15th Jan) for private schools.

Best regards

Biswanath

most of us have actually passed through d same point system...everything is a mockery

Dear Mr. Lovely,

Can the Delhi Govt. most kindly stay away from the admission hassles ...which they have wilfully created ...Is there a nexus between the govt and school managements to fleece the parents of their hard-earned money twice in two years........Please clairify.....the age to class 1 must be 5yrs+ otherwise delhi children will lag behind all other states children for ever in future.Even the IIT/Medical age criteria will have to be changed as delhi people will take an extra year to complete school education which is grossly unfair. Please make sure that either ...there should not be any admission fees at the start of nursery class(age3+) or if it is paid at age 3+ ,then it shouldnt be asked for at age 4+ again by the school.ANY PROPAGANDA TO INCREASE AGE LIMITS SHOULD BE BANNED AS DELHI KIDS ARE AS INTELLIGENT AS OTHER STATES KIDS TO GET ADMITTED AT AGE 3+ IN NURSERY.ELSE THE BOARD EXAMS should be held after class 9 and class 11.ONE MAJOR THING TO BE REALISED THAT ALL CHILDREN GO TO SCHOOL AT AGE2.5+ ANYWAYS AS 70% OF CHILDREN HAVE BOTH WORKING PARENTS AND HAVE TO TAK PRESSURE ANYWAYS AT A YOUNG AGE.

excellent point of contention...thumbs up to it...
If we all have to take part in the admission process again next year, then my appeal to you all my fellow forum members is to boycott this year's admission process. Delhi schools have literally been granted a lottery and they now have the freedom to rob us of our hard earned money next year as well.
