Last date of filling nursery admission form

I have visited andhra public school ITO to fill the nursery admission form but they have told me that the last date was 23rd Jan not 14feb. Is there different dates for different school? Then what is about the last date announced by the govt

Minority schools have autonomy given by HC to frame their own guidelines

Many Minority schools have not extended last date.( 14 feb as per DOE)
