You can email to the school and then give written request to admin dept or can visit school with prior appointment .They must have kept it safely.

Thanks Sakshi,
I have given an application to PA to the principal, till date didn't hear anything positive.
Maybe some parent took it by mistake.. Trying to reach all parents here just in case anyone has seen it on that day or know anything about it..
Filed an FIR as well but trying my luck here.
