Management Quota seats in Sardar Patel, Mother International

Can anyone help me to understand how schools fill up the management quota seats for SPV and Mothers. I know schools like KR Mangalam, Apeejay, Amity call up for informal discussion but what about SPV, Sanskriti, Mother. Is it advisable to contact the school directly?
