Management Seats
How are the admissions to the management quota undertaken? The point system does not hold true there i guess, but are the DoE timelines applicable? Are there some defined routes to get to management quota if the child does not get through the regular quota?

20% of the total seats are allotted as Management seats and you can approach the school directly.

so effectively does one just go to the relevant school authorities and show interest in applying under the management quota? or is there an option in the general form, where one can indicate preference for management seats/general seats?

no option in general form like that....
u need to have a link to top management to explore that possibility.

You can apply in general seat and then approach the school by your own or schools now started the approach parents after 1st list.
