How can such decisions be passed suddenly like this .... come to think of working parents w/o any support. They had made arrangements as per date announced by school for summer vacations. Now, suddenly 10 day shift and everything comes to a change.............

It is disturbing normal life completely .. some times odd even, then diesel cab issues, these holidays, then something more will come up......
