MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED FOR NURSERY IN Delhi and Sahibabad

Hi,can someone help with the minimum age for nursery admission in south Delhi and Sahibabad. My daughter's DOB is 31Jan15 and she has started her preschool this year. Would I require to register for nextra year nursery admission now?
