Minority certificate

Hi,
I belong to jain community...how can I get minority certificate for admission.

Being Jain myself, i had applied in the jain organisation and they had issued the certificate on both mine's and my daughter's name.. Also, just to be on safer side i also made a minority affidavit from notary mentioning my religion. I got the points in Springdales on this basis.
