Most sibling and alumni cases got admissions in schools of their choice..Sibling we understand and support it but why Alumni points being given #Indirectscreening #RemoveAlumni points to give a level

But Sakshi, at least sibling cases must be considered on a priority basis.

We applied in the sibling category but still could not manage a seat in one of the schools. No option left to secure a seat in another school.....

Springdales school is also operating this same nexus. They have total 51 seats for general category and all the seats went to those who are alumni and having their kids studing there. No outsiders are allowed. They should make it clear that no outsiders would be entertained so that poor and helpless parents should not dream about their kids getting admissions in so called elite schools.

And in our case sibling points were not considered this time. My elder son is in bal Bharati school pusa road bit they have given weightage to alumni this time. We have applied in all the neighborhood schools but didn't get anywhere. Chritan schools give preference to Christians, rest schools are bothered with alumni+siblings. Don't know where to go and what to do

True. It is we can't get through cream schools .. kindly suggest the school among the following:
Manavsthali Global, Rajendar Nagar
Salwan Public School Rajendar Nagar
Saplings, paschim vihar (Feeder school of Bhatnagar International)
Brain International , Paschim vihar
Buzz World ( Junior wing of Shadley Public School)
NE Saplings (Junior wing of New Era)

Hi, 

Unfortunately, even I have experienced the same. My son has not got his name in any of the school's list. Distance and alumni points have hampered each and everything. For two days, I and my husband are searching for Noida schools so that his year should go wasted. My question is related to the distance. Suppose, if you don't have any good school ion your neighbourhood, then where should the ward will go? Why he/she suffers? At the same time, none of the schools leaving 10-15 have followed the DOE school. I think the govt must take action against schools who are flouting the rules.

Alumni quota is like 'Raja ka beta hi Raja banega'. I realised this thing when the pointwise lists were uploaded and my 1st check was how many seats are gone to siblings and alumni so that i realise how many seats are left for the DOL. And everytime it tensed me. Mathematically only 20% of total available seats are coming for DOL (which should be atleast 50%) but thats how schools are working. I casually checked the DPS mathura road list then and all the seats went to Alumni and Siblings. I guess few alumni and sibling wud had left behind.
