Mother's name in Birth certificate

Hello Parents

My son's Birth Certificate has my Name without any Surname , but my all other document has my Married name.

Please confirm if this going to be problem in admission

I  did face a concern in one of the school where  they said your name on Birth Certificate / Application for should be same .

If you face any problem in any other school then just give affidavit from Notary.

Notary will have the format.

No worries.
