Mother's Surname in the Birth cirtificate

hi,

i have my son's birth certificate carries name of mother as Anjana Panwar which has been changed later to Anjana Rawat. Now if the name of mother at the time of admission is accepted as Anjana Rawat, as i would attach the necessary documents of changes done?

It does not matter if schools ask later show the documents for name change.

It is Important for birth certificate to have child name.
