Instructions

1) You will need to upload scanned copies of thefollowing documents:
(a) Photograph
(b) Birth Certificate
(c) Residence Proof 

2) Complete all entries.

3) Print form on a white A4 sheet.

4) Submit with registration fee of Rs. 25 (Prospectus Rs. 200) at Mount Carmel School (Senior Wing), Sec.22 Dwarka, New Delhi by 7th January, 2015 01:00pm.

5) You will receive a registration no. on your mobile, which will be valid only after payment of the above mentioned fee. Save it for further reference.
