विस ॥ नई दिल्ली : राज्य सरकार की ओर से जारी तमाम हिदायतों व दिशा निर्देशों के बावजूद दिल्ली एनसीआर में हालिया नर्सरी एडमिशन को लेकर पैरंट्स को काफी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ा। एडमिशन में आने वाली दिक्कतों को देखते हुए पैरंट्स ने सरकार के पास तक गुहार लगाने परहेज नहीं किया। ऐसी शिकायतें सरकार के पास आने की बात बुधवार को मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री कपिल सिब्बल ने खुद लोकसभा में मानी।
लोकसभा में प्रश्नकाल के दौरान पूछे गए सवाल के दौरान सामने आया कि सरकार को एडमिशन से जुड़ी तमाम शिकायतें मिली हैं। सदन में सिब्बल ने दिल्ली सरकार के हवाले से बताया कि हालिया एडमिशन को लेकर सरकार के पास जो शिकायतें पहंुची हैं, उनमें प्रोस्पेक्टस व एडमिशन फॉर्म के लिए छपी कीमत से ज्यादा पैसे की वसूली, अधिक उम्र की आड़ में एडमिशन देने से मना करने, लॉटरी सिस्टम में पारदर्शिता की कमी, अप्लाई करने के बाद भी कई स्कूलों से एडमिशन का बुलावा न आना व सुविधाविहीन लोगों को कोटे के तहत फॉर्म न देने संबंधी शिकायतें सामने आई हैं।
इन शिकायतों के समाधान के लिए दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा जिला स्तर पर बनी जिला दाखिला मॉनिटरिंग कमिटी का भी जिक्र करते हुए सिब्बल ने सदन को बताया कि चूंकि शिक्षा राज्य सरकार के अधीन आती है, इसलिए इस मामले से जुड़ी जिम्मेदारी राज्य सरकार की होती है। केंद्र ऐसे मामलों को मॉनिटर नहीं करता।

our gorvement says to give good education to children. how to give good education to our child there is no seats in school when we go to school for about addmison for our child the school say there is no seats in school. we go to st.paul school to meet there father he sepak very rude to us.

One of the parent raised the same question during our meeting with Mr. P Krishnamurthy (DOE) on 09 Feb. On this his reply was "Yes, we'll give education to every child. Govt Schools are there for the kids who did not get admission in public school, Moreover Govt school will not say that seats are not available"

My fight with Education Ministry is "Give FAIR chance to Every child for admission" There should not be any quote or reservation such as - management quota, alumni quota, sibling quota etc.

We are not sibling & alumni where should we go admission to our child. WHAT WE DO.

Mr. P Krishnamurthy (DOE) Say that go to Govt School are there for the kid ask him that which Govt School is good are he also was also has gone to study in govt school. we think that our govt make new rules very year to the admission.

It's great that our Honourable Minister has accepted the flouting guidelines but felt hurted the way he passed the buck to State Government. I doubt if India represented in World Education Forum held in Dakar, Senegal? It would great of him if he has found ways for a good solution. HRD Ministry should have included Early Childhood Department under its ministry and function efficiently knowing the significance of Early Childhood Education. But they would say it has already covered under ICDS under Ministry of Women and Child Development which only gives importance for nutrition and not education. Early Childhood Care (ECC) can function under Minsitry of Women and Child Development but Early Childhood Education (ECE) should be under HRD Ministry. So our Honorable Minister should take responsiblity and act immediately upon this matter than playing Hide and Seek.
