1 After Mr Sumit Vohra's complaint all discussions have been done
2 Even if it takes more than two days ( what ever the clarification / notification/advisory comes IT WILL BE EFFECTIVE AND IRRESPECTIVE OF FAKE SELECTIONS, the fake case would be removed from final selected list before 28th feb)
3 DOE is taking things seriously and agree 70 points are not helping parents

my suggestions to mr . sumit vohra that the end result of all this drama is that parents are suffering and they are at receiving end from yesterday I am asking a solution from ur team but ot able to get - than y all this
I have simple ques:
1. DO pvt co's shld change there HR policies in sync with guideline ?
2. The school are accepting anything in support of transfer and asking to get it okayed by DOE now as a parent wat shld we do ?
Hi All, I just have a few basic questions for Mr. Vohra, LG and DOE (if only I would get a response).
Shouldn't the admission process be re-started for this academic year.
Is it fair to the parents who might have had a better probability in a "lucky" draw with all exceptions removed?
Can't a mandate be out to just increase the number of seats for GOD sake? Schools will anyways earn more. Don't they have different sections for rest of the classes?
What is it for parents who want just an admission in a school for their kid?
In hope for a solution.

what i do not understand because i not studied in a big school my child not able to got admission (raja ka beta he raja hoga garib ka thori hoga)
because his 4+ some school not shortlisted him and some who accept form not chances for admission because have only 70 points (if i make fake transfer certificate with permission of my employer thn may be chances will increase but i no do this my fault)
paisey dekar EWS nahi banwaya my fault (bcoz EWS to car or achey flats waley bhi banwa rahey hain kon check karta hai bas 2-5 hazar he to deney padtey )
result: sidhey rastey pey chalo to admission nahi ho sakta
itna simple funda tha but mujey samajh nahi aaya ?
NCR should be totally out, and transfer cases where sibling points are also claimed should also be out since sibling points means that the family was staying in delhi itself.
agree...preference 1: all transfers out, pref 2: NCR out....option 3: sibling+transfer: don't really care, as it doesn't impact 70 pointers, sibling even without transfer will be ahead of us! so can stay, doesn't matter
WE HAVE CROSSED OUR FINGERS TO GET JUSTICE NOW .
While the efforts of Mr. Vohra & his entire team are commendable. Lets all be realistic. The guidelines will not change, at least not for this year.
Even HC will not interfere and ask for readmissions at such a late stage. (Petition of Unaided schools to cancel these guidelines was also rejected by HC citing that its to late to modify/cancel points sytem for this year).
Also by going to court we are strengthing the case of Unaided schools where in they have asked for these guidelines to be squashed.
We are left with no optin but to start looking at NCR schools or continue sending our chikdren to play school
