2 Even if it takes more than two days ( what ever the clarification / notification/advisory comes IT WILL BE EFFECTIVE AND IRRESPECTIVE OF FAKE SELECTIONS, the fake case would be removed from final selected list before 28th feb)

3 DOE is taking things seriously and agree 70 points are not helping parents

4 Cast your vote so that public opinion can be reflected ( As we should not allow any type of manipulation )

5 The clarification can come any time now .

6 Stay calm if not satisfied then take next step ,

if even one seat fall vacant in 70 points zone then draw needs to be done

it is not possible that around 80% form are of transfer cases....(it was there for a school)..So, point is first transfer cases are not genuine and it should not be considered.....

One reality you must ponder over--when 80% applicants are having 70 points how could they not be in the drawing lots done till date. It looks only those kids having sibling, alumni and transfer points have the rights to study in good schools (DPS, MI, Modern School). Look, there must be 75% seats reserved for kids having 70 points out of 65% general category seats; the rest 30% must be allotted to those holding the tags of siblings, alumni and transfer cases. The LG and the government must create separate slabs for alumni, siblings and transfer considerations capturing together not more than 25% of the 65% seats for general seats.
This is unconstitutional and atrocious to exclude all candidates having 70 points from the drawing lots. An entire category of 70 pointers is deprived from getting admitted in reputed schools in Delhi.

I totally agree with this.Some seats should be reserved for the general category( 70 points) children.Everyone should get a chance.Its not their mistake if their parents are not alumni or have an interstate transfer pts.

Wrong, if you give discretionery powers of checking autheticity to schools / or even govt official it will be misused.

Scrap trf points all together.

Discretionery powers is the root of evil in all & any field.

I think this will be fair game for every one.Who has deposit fake documents and selected, has to remove from list, parents who has selected on the basis of Alumini & Sibiling has to be treated as selected candidates.

Only focus on Fake Transfer cases, remove their names from list(Selected One's) and put all parents 70 points for draw for remaining seats..

I think all parents are agree with this process. :)

Wrong.

Cancel all trf points treat them as 70 pointers.

Forms can not be cancelled only points earned will be 70 in place of 75.

No one can make out fake or genuine transfer. If docs are not available it does not mean it is a fake trf. How many people make aadhar at a new residence when he knows that he will be tranfered again in a couple of years ? How many take hassel of getting a tel connection from BSNL in small cities where it takes a long time to get the same, mobiles are as good as lanline for all purposes, also land lords will not let you apply for any such things due to fear of kabja. Landlords are also not forth coming to make a rent agreement as it will become white income ! I myself have suffered the hassel to get a rent agreement made for office space in Del, most of the landlord do not agree.

I have not got my aadhar till date though I was born & brought up in Del !!! Thank god that gas cylinder subsidy do not require it for the time being.

Only solution remove all trf points, forget fake or genuine. It will take away discretionery powers of the school to decide on fake or genuine.

LG's Guidelines should have been: minus 5 points for trf cases !
