Almost all schools are following FCFS policy and also stating that now there will not be second list, as stated by many parents on different portals also. This is straight away violation of DOE rules. Since the beginning of this admission season schools are violating rules, which has been brought to the notice of DOE but I don't think they even have any intention to look into the matter.

Request all parents who have faced difficulty and suffered due to FCFS or Donations (which almost everyone does) to please come forward as Sumit sir shall take your case forward in Hon'HC. This is a golden opportunity to make a change for the better. I request you to drop a message here.

Thanks for your great efforts Sumit Sir. for acting selflessly in behalf of parent community. Brought out the cheap and erring schools in contempt of court with enough proofs. DOE still sleeping? Parents should understand for whom you are fighting single handedly and support by bringing out all the erring schools and file the complaint DOE and give a big support for the great cause you have started.

I believe through joined efforts we can win the battle.
