Today i had visited in St. Michael's Junior school for enquiries because there are not any update on Website & asked these question to school reception.
They answer me on that we are not display of total registered candidate name
We are not doing any draw of lots.
also told me that we will directly update selected candidate on their website at 15 Feb.
So I asked after that how to decide that same point candidate, which candidate selection or not, without any luck draw.
Then they reply me on that our school internal selection committee have self decided that which candidate select or not.
Is it right or not, Can school do this ? please reply....
Totally wrong even if they have autonomy from Hon' HC (Minority School).
Even HC won't allow this.
Since this school is recognized by the Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, it should follow the “Delhi School Education Act” and are answerable to the Government. As per their say its equivalent to direct admission process and unacceptable. No use in adopting point system for shortlisting candidates as per their admission guidelines.
Posting their admission guidelines
Parents/ Guardians are expected to read the following guidelines before filling in the form:
As per 2014 Jan Hon'HC orders, Minority schools can frame their own Guidelines ( Need not follow DOE guidelines) have Autonomy to frame own Guideline. But should be Rational and Fair.
But All school in Delhi have to follow as posted by laathaji
Arjun, I also filled form at this school. I believe they are unrecognised school and hence will have own set of criteria to choose candidates.
This very much recognized and 30yrs or more old school.Being Minority schools they are using Autonomy given to them by Hon' HC.
Thank you so much to All For your Valuable Reply....
