EWS/DG Notification will come separately.As DOE has not given any dates, we will keep everyone posted the day EWS/DG notification is out.

how can i read this in english! Also what is meant by last point “ health record/ immunisation “ ( they want records of child immmunizations - fm govt hospital? or pvt hospital will be fine too)

Most of the schools accept from pvt doctors/hospital but few might ask from GOVT Hospital, so unless specified you can give from private doctors /hospitals.

It is the birth chart of your child given to you by your paediatrician and where details of vaccination recorded by your doctor. You will be already having it. Just take the copy of it. It can be got from any hospital govt or private but by a registered RMO or Govt registered doctor.

Health card of my daughter is from mcd dispensary , so what record or affidavit is required plz explain

In online forms they will give you the specs, rest it's schools specific and very few school will ask for it and it has standard size,any photographer will tell you as standard size (unless school mentions)

Or we have to before hand get all sizes of pics nd docs ready....

No worries, you will get enough time if asked by any school (In case of online they would mention the size).
Wait for admissions to open.

What does it exactly mean by 10 mool copies? Does it mean 10 Original copies of Birth Certificates?

Min 4-5 original B.C copies, as one would be kept by school where your ward selected till the time your child stays with school. In case your ward gets selected in some other better schools of your choice later then you need to deposit original B.C but it will take some time from to original B.C fro the school where your child got admitted first.
Rest you require more original B.C copies for future.( For other purposes)
This is for specially for those people who have just one copy of original B.C.
