Greetings!! Please help me with this....

I have checked many online forms, no school is asking for name in the Birth Certificate..........is it mandatory because my child is studying in Bal Bharti nursery / play school, i can share the same as additional document if needed.

2nd  - Child in question is my second child and first girl child....does the girl child criteria applies to this case.
