@Pooja Yes some school take, as upper cut off is not fixed like last year Shriram,Ahlcon Public,Srijan schoool gave extra points to 4 yr old in nursery. so its school specific.

Hi, I have a Birth certificate of my daughter from MCD but that does not contain her name.

Is the inclusion of name in the birth certificate mandatory ?

Or can we submit an affidavit confirming the name plus the Birth certificate (without name) to the school ?

@Munish ,yes few schools ask for it.No affidavit wont help ,Go to Mcd Office and get atleast 10 copies with name printed(to be on safer side)

hi to evr1 on ths forum!! hv been following ths forum since last yr n all ths struggle fr admission confuses me. I HV MOVED FROM MUMBAI TO DELHI, MY KID CURRENTLY AS on 1ST NOV 2012 IS 3YRS 6MONTHS. IN MUMBAI HE WAS STUDYING IN DON BOSCO IN Jr.K.G and since thr the session starts in june he has already completed 6 mnths of Jr.K.G. (My kid bday is 4.4.2009)

PLZ GUIDE ME HW SHOULD I PROCEED ABOUT HIS ADMISSION HERE IN DELHI. I am currently staying in MAYUR VIHAR PHASE-1. PLEASE HELP!!

@Priyanka,Your Kid is eligible for nursery ( min 3 yrs + on 31mar 2013) and Ahlcon Public school gave extra points to elder kids last year

the most sought after school in east delhi are

Ahlcon Int,Ahlcon Public, Somerville for rest list of schools see the excel sheet with last year point system in excel form.link given below

Join east delhi group and you can also try in noida schools near to your house .

Hi, I will be trying for the nursery admission in coming session so i want to if

1. Affidavit is required for the girl child or not ? Is it school specific or i have to make an affidavit for the first girl child ?

2. I have one original birth certificate with the name but should i require more than 10 original copies for the admissions or i can attach the photocopies ?

Pls confirm. Saurabh
