नर्सरी ऐडमिशनः गाइडलाइंस होंगी चेंज? Navbharat Times| Dec16

नर्सरी ऐडमिशन की गाइडलाइंस को लेकर पेच फंसता नजर आ रहा है। जहां पिछले हफ्ते शिक्षा निदेशालय की ओर से कहा गया था कि 2013-14 के ऐडमिशन फॉर्म्युले के मुताबिक ही इस बार ऐडमिशन होंगे, वहीं अब गाइडलाइंस को लेकर नए सिरे से विचार किया जा रहा है। यही कारण है कि निदेशालय ने नर्सरी ऐडमिशन को लेकर अभी सर्कुलर जारी नहीं किया है और अगले दो-तीन दिन तक कोई निर्देश आने के चांस भी नहीं हैं। दरअसल पुराने क्राइटेरिया के विरोध में पैरंट्स असोसिएशन ने एलजी हाउस पर प्रदर्शन भी किया था। उपराज्यपाल को कई ज्ञापन भी सौंपे गए हैं। इस घटनाक्रम के बाद शिक्षा निदेशालय ने सर्कुलर को रोक लिया है और उपराज्यपाल के नए आदेश का इंतजार किया जा रहा है।
शिक्षा निदेशालय के सूत्रों का कहना है कि पैरंट्स ने ऐडमिशन फॉर्म्युले को लेकर कई सवाल उठाए हैं और उपराज्यपाल से मांग की है कि कुछ कॉमन गाइडलाइंस हों। एक सीनियर ऑफिसर का कहना है कि अभी दो-तीन दिन इंतजार किया जाएगा। एलजी हाउस से निर्देश आने के बाद ही एडमिशन क्राइटेरिया को लेकर सर्कुलर जारी होगा। यानी अगर कोई बदलाव होता है तो अभी पैरंट्स को गाइडलाइंस के लिए इंतजार करना होगा क्योंकि निदेशालय को नए सिरे से तैयारी करनी होगी। अभी निदेशालय ने पिछले साल की गाइडलाइंस के मुताबिक ही तैयारी की है और 1 जनवरी से रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रोसेस शुरू करने की बात कही थी। अगर बदलाव होता है तो फिर रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रोसेस भी देर से शुरू होगा क्योंकि स्कूलों को तैयारी के लिए समय भी देना होगा। माना जा रहा है कि अगर इस हफ्ते भी स्थिति साफ नहीं होती तो कम से कम एक हफ्ते देरी से रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रोसेस शुरू होगा यानी 7 जनवरी के बाद पैरंट्स को स्कूलों में अप्लाई करने का मौका मिलेगा।
उधर, ऐडमिशन प्रोसेस को लेकर पैरंट्स की कन्फ्यूजन बढ़ती ही जा रही है। खास बात यह है कि पैरंट्स मिशन ऐडमिशन के लिए अपने ऑफिस से छुट्टी लेते हैं और पूरा शेडयूल तय करते हैं। अभी पैरंट्स ने 1 जनवरी से हिसाब से तैयारी की है। अगर शेडयूल में चेंज होता है तो पैरंट्स को नए सिरे से मिशन ऐडमिशन पर ध्यान देना होगा। ऐडमिशन नर्सरी डॉट कॉम के फाउंडर सुमित वोहरा का कहना है कि ज्यादातर पैरंट्स ऐडमिशन क्राइटेरिया में बदलाव चाहते हैं। एलुमनाई व सिबलिंग के ज्यादा पॉइंट पर पैरंट्स सवाल उठा रहे हैं। ऐसे पैरंट्स की कमी नहीं है, जो चाहते हैं कि बेशक ऐडमिशन देर से शुरू हों लेकिन प्रोसेस में बदलाव जरूर हों।

This debate is unending. Though it is fact the getting admission for first child is really tough, but the fact that second kid doesn't get admission in the same school is equally bad. Hence abolishing sibling criteria is also not justified to a larger extent.

Parents are against alumni points, even first time parents are not against sibling points as every parent want both the kids to go to same school.

I would like to know that do we need original affidavites for each school in which we will be applying for the admission or the xerox / certified copies of the affidavite will work .I m thinking of applying to 15-20 schools in south delhi so do i need 15 -20 affidavites of irst born girl child ?

Wait for guidelines and you have to give original affidavit only.

A clear cut guidelines on rational lines is the requirement of the day... Though no denying the earlier the better... but we would not really mind a delay of about four to six weeks for the good cause..

I just hope that there is a change in siblings and alumni criteria for admission process this year. If we are not from Delhi then alumni points is invalid for us .

Let us wait until DOE comes with guidelines for nursery admission.

I wholeheartedly agree with Anish & Sakshi Ji.
Don't get it with all the fuss around sibling points.
Why shouldn’t a family have both their children educated in the same school, following the same timings and taking the same transport (especially when the Delhi roads can be a source of continual anxiety).
Infact, the rule must be such that siblings (upto 1 child of course) must be guaranteed an admission to the same school and forms should be brought out only for the empty seats that remain for all the categories after sibling admission process.
I agree, alumni points must go, just imagine, if IITs or IIMs have more preference for their alumni.
Disclosure: I am a father of a 1st born looking for an admission but would want my both kids to study at the same place in future for sure.
